RENTALS AT MADISON STREET THEATER

Madison Street Theatre in Oak Park has two performance spaces and a rehearsal space, located three blocks north of the Blue Line and 3 blocks south of the Green Line. It is conveniently accessible to dozens of restaurants in Oak Park and Forest Park (2 blocks to the west).  The Main Stage has a raised thrust stage with a 35' x 35' playing area, 180 sloped seating, and two dressing rooms.
 

The Studio Theatre is an intimate 40-60 seat blackbox space with a dressing room and a 15' x 18' playing area.  Both spaces have pianos available and are perfect for theatrical and dance productions, concerts, open mic nights, improv, and rehearsals. Our Rehearsal Room is an 18x20 rehearsal space/dance studio with floor to ceiling mirrors available for meetings, rehearsals, fitness, and more.
